What we’re doing:
- Instituting a Three C (Community, Campus, Competitor) Diversity Recruitment Strategy, designed to identify and establish partnerships with community organizations, colleges, universities, and individuals that will result in a pipeline of staff and faculty candidates from identities that are not well represented at Grinnell College
- Creating an ODEI dashboard as an interactive tracking tool for important demographic data points (e.g., staff and faculty representation, retention, and candidate pools)
